Granite Engineering designed a modern medical facility on a previously undeveloped piece of land in Raymond, New Hampshire. The 16,000-square-foot building is accessible from two driveways on Old Fremont Road Ext.
 
The site was fitted with specific features for the building’s unique use, including a concrete pad adjacent to the building to serve as a mobile image stationing area. The 80-space parking lot was designed to convey all the stormwater from the building and parking area toward underground storage chambers beneath the parking area where it is treated.
