Granite Engineering designed an apartment complex for the
Lebanon Housing Authority to provide more residences for Lebanon’s fast-growing population. Heater Landing was designed with the community in mind and incorporates recreational areas for residents to enjoy. The three-story building features 44 residential units and a 66-space parking lot.
In keeping with our commitment to responsible land development, Heater Landing’s stormwater is collected, detained, treated, and infiltrated with a bioretention pond at the front of the site and a surface sand filter at the back of the site. This project required coordination from the City of Lebanon Planning Board and the NHDES for an Alteration of Terrain Permit and Sewer Connection Permit.
