Granite Engineering designed a four-phase residential subdivision in Derry, New Hampshire, to provide over 40 single family homes to the fast-growing population in Southern New Hampshire. Phases 1 and 2 subdivided existing parcels into 23 lots and extended the existing roadway to provide access to the new lots. Phases 3 and 4 are projected to create at least 20 additional lots and extend the new roadways even further. In keeping with our commitment to responsible land development, Denali Estates stormwater is collected, detained, treated and infiltrated with a series of closed drainage systems and infiltration ponds.
 
The project required coordinate from the Town of Derry Planning Board, the EPA and the NHDES for an Alteration of Terrain Permit and Wetland Permit. Granite is happy to be able to provide start-to-finish work on this project, from drafting up the original concept plans, all the way through to the final construction inspections.
