Granite Engineering redesigned the parking lot of our local Manchester Dunkin’ to provide a drive thru and improved parking flow. The new parking lot was designed to convey all the stormwater from the building and parking area toward a newly installed dry well and stone trench in order to reduce the quantity of runoff from the site and recharge the groundwater. This project required coordination with the City of Manchester Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustments. Granite was happy to help our local community run a little smoother on Dunkin’s!
